What is GYEN?
GYEN is one of the first stablecoins in the world that is pegged to the Japanese Yen at a 1:1 ratio. The majority of stablecoins are usually backed by the United States Dollar, which is the reason why GYEN attracted a lot of excitement when it was launched. The GYEN crypto asset was launched by GMO Trust Company, which also has a US-Dollar-backed stablecoin – ZUSD. The goal of the project is to make it easy for people to perform money transfers and settle bills using blockchain technology.
The GYEN token is built on the Ethereum network as an ERC-20 token. You can use GYEN to send money to your friends and families around the world in a matter of minutes. You can also use GYEN to trade on platforms that list the GYEN token.
