What is CateCoin (CATE)?

CateCoin is an ambitious project developed to allow meme creators to earn from their art. Who Founded CateCoin?

The CateCoin crypto project was launched in May 2021 by a team that has largely remained anonymous. Though note that to be able to comment and like, a user must hold at least 10,000 CATE coins in their wallet. Both users and creators can earn up to 0.1 CATE tokens for these interactions.

Though you can also earn more CATE tokens simply by holding the ones you already own. As a holder, you are entitled to 2% of transaction fees gathered on the platform. Though you can also stake CATE coins to rewards. To earn up to 15% APY, you must stake your tokens for at least 31 days.

CATE Tokenomics

CATE has a maximum supply of 100 trillion tokens. These tokens have been allocated and distributed to various sections of the ecosystem. 30% of the tokens were allocated for the pre-sale, while the team got to keep 5% of the supply. Concerning the further distribution, 35% of the tokens were set aside for rewards, 15% of the tokens have been reserved for exchange liquidity, while 10% and 5% were reserved for marketing and future development respectively.
