MetaMask, a popular cryptocurrency wallet and decentralized application (dApp) provider, has revealed a new feature aimed at simplifying the process of acquiring cryptocurrencies using fiat currency within its Portfolio dApp.
The recently launched "Buy Crypto" feature empowers MetaMask users to purchase a diverse selection of over 90 tokens across eight different networks, including Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, BNB Smart Chain, Avalanche Contract Chain, Fantom, Optimis, and Celo.

The feature supports a variety of payment methods, including debit or credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and instant ACH (Automated Clearing House). The service will be accessible to users in more than 189 countries.
To utilize the new feature, users can link their MetaMask wallets to the Portfolio dApp or click the "Buy" button within the MetaMask extension wallet. Subsequently, they can choose the specific token and network for their purchase, as well as the payment method.
In order to generate a personalized quote for each transaction, the "Buy Crypto" function considers numerous factors, including the user's location and local regulations.
