This faster approach aims to reduce the cost of creating new pest control products, which has risen from about $30 million to roughly $300 million per product over the last thirty years.
With the new funding, Bindwell plans to move forward with its first in-house pesticide, hire more AI and biology researchers, and expand its lab space in San Carlos, California. One of the founders, Tyler Rose, said:
