What is Telos?
The Telos coin or TLOS is the native token powering the Telos Network - a highly scalable Layer 1 blockchain built on the EOSIO software platform.
TLOS has several use cases. However, it’s mainly used as proof of resource ownership and staking.
In addition, Telos serves as a governance token. It enables holders to participate in on-chain governance processes via the Telos Decide Governance Engine.
There is a total supply of 355,000,000 Telos coins. This could mean that as the TLOS tokens become more scarce, the Telos price will increase.

What are the Main Features of Telos?
As discussed in the What is Telos section, Telos is a Layer 1 blockchain network that features high scalability, security, and sustainability. This blockchain is able to bring 10,000 transactions per second.
Most importantly, Telos supports both EVM and EOSIO smart contracts.
