What is Bluzelle (BLZ)?

BLZ is the native token of Bluzelle, which is an all-in-one DeFi platform that consists of a Delegated Proof-of-Stake blockchain, a P2E gaming network, and a decentralized storage platform. Check out the Bluzelle price chart featured above to see the live BLZ price.

The blockchain of Bluzelle is called BluzelleNet. As just mentioned, it uses the DPoS consensus mechanism. This means that it has a network of delegates who validate and create new blocks. Delegates are voted on and chosen by BLZ token stakers. The BluzelleNet blockchain manages to complete around 10,000 transactions per second.

Gamma4 is the P2E gaming environment offered by Bluzelle. It allows users to play a huge variety of crypto games that were created by developers who previously worked at such companies as EA, Ubisoft, Nintendo, and others.

Moving on, the decentralized storage provided by the platform is called BluzelleDB. It allows users to store various files, non-fungible tokens, and other things. All data is kept in a decentralized manner and can be completely deleted or changed whenever the owner wants to do so.

Besides these three main products, Bluzelle also provides users with a variety of DeFi apps for token lending, staking, yield farming, and so on. To provide these apps with fast speeds and security, Bluzelle employs a decentralized network of oracles.

Who Founded Bluzelle?

The Bluzelle crypto project was founded by Pavel Bains and Neeraj Murarka.

Pavel Bains is the CEO of Bluzelle. In the past, he worked as a financial operations consultant at Disney Interactive Studios, a studio director at Threewave Software, and an entrepreneur at the Centre for Digital Media. Besides that, he co-founded Storypanda. Additionally, as of writing this, he works as a principal at M2SIX Ventures and a strategic advisor at Studio Capital Management.

Neeraj Murarka is the CTO of Bluzelle. He specializes in computer engineering. Prior to co-founding Bluzelle, Murarka worked with such companies as IBM, Google, Hewlett Packard, Thales Avionics, and Lufthansa. As of writing this, Murarka is also a member of the Libertarian Party of Canada.

Use Cases of BLZ Tokens

BLZ is the native token of the BluzelleNet blockchain. The following are the main use cases of Bluzelle tokens:

• Payment method. BLZ tokens can be used to pay transaction fees. In addition to that, BLZ can also be used to pay for BluzelleDB and oracle services.
• Staking. BLZ tokens can be staked to earn staking rewards and to participate in the DPoS consensus mechanism.
• Governance. BLZ token holders are able to participate in the governance process of the Bluzelle crypto project. It means they can vote on various decisions considering the future of the project.

However, note that there’s also another version of BLZ tokens – one that is based on an ERC-20 token standard. It’s an external token that is used for trading in various crypto exchanges.
