Binance Becomes the Official Exchange Partner at the 64th GRAMMY Awards

Based on the official blog post, Binance has secured a deal with GRAMMY’s Recording Academy to bring awareness to the crypto industry, and get attendees familiar with blockchain technologies.

With Binance extending its reach across several industries, the latest partnership will make it the first crypto exchange to become an official sponsor at a world-class music awards ceremony.

Panos A. Panay, who is the Co-president of the Recording Academy for the GRAMMYs, spoke on the partnership, highlighting the importance of identifying new sources of income like crypto so that artists can excel in their careers and engage with the fans.

Likewise, Yi He, Co-founder of Binance, shared his thoughts on the constantly "changing demands" of the community, stating:

"Starting with the GRAMMYs, we are excited to work together with the Recording Academy to bring fresh new experiences powered by blockchain and all the great things Web3 technology can bring to entertainment."

Binance will be the official sponsor at the 64th GRAMMY Awards, GRAMMY Week events, and the Recording Academy Honors celebration. The crypto exchange will be featured for the first time at the upcoming GRAMMY Awards event on April 3rd.

This wasn't the first time that the crypto giant has made sponsorship deals with entertainment groups. Back in February, Binance made partnership deals with two of the largest record labels in South Korea - YG and SM Entertainment.
