Binance’s VC firm has made a strategic investment into the Prague-based blockchain mobile gaming platform GAMEE.
Binance Labs has taken yet another gaming platform under its wing. This time it is GAMEE - a blockchain-focused, play-to-earn platform, which is a subsidiary company of the software giant Animoca Brands.
GAMEE already has players from all over the world, with 40M registered users, and almost 300k players every month. The platform offers two blockchain mobile games - Arc8 and G-Bots that reward users GMEE tokens for participation.

Interestingly enough, G-Bots have NFTs that can be used in the Arc8 environment, and are both "upgradeable and breedable." At the moment, Arc8 has 300K monthly players and has become one of Polygon’s top dApps.
"We are very happy to welcome Binance Labs as a strategic investor to advance our growth and assist us in building the future of gaming, based on the true ownership of digital assets," said CEO of GAMEE Bozena Rezab.
The investment is said to be used for further development of play-to-earn games on the platform, and improving GAMEE’s blockchain environment so players are properly rewarded for their performance.
