Junior Marketing Specialist (Socials)

We are looking for a knowledge-hungry person with an eye for detail to join the Marketing team. This is a position where it doesn't matter how many years you've been working, or where you've worked before - it's the perfect place to kickstart your online marketing career. We're offering an opportunity for you to join our Brand Awareness team and help us take it to another level.

What you will do

• Identifying and pursuing opportunities for media exposure.
• Performing Brand Awareness and social media audits to identify potential areas of concern and improvement.
• Facilitating and monitoring online reviews and endorsements on social media.
• Managing negative feedback and effectively responding to customer complaints to maintain brand reputation.
• Helping manage crisis communications arising from company activities.
