So, you want to self-publish your eBook?
Well, you are certainly not alone.
A recent YouGov poll showed that the most desirable job in the United Kingdom was that of an author. In fact, 60% of the people polled stated that they’d like to write for a living. And thanks to the developments within the self-publishing industry in recent years, there has probably never been a better time to turn this dream into a reality. So perhaps now is the time to focus your efforts on writing your first book and getting it published...
But is self-publishing the right choice for you?
In this course, I shall attempt to help you answer this extremely important question, by first asking a series of other questions, the first of which is possibly the most important one you need to answer: Why do you want to self-publish a book?
You need to know the reason or reasons why it is that you are willing to spend all that time or writing and publishing a book, and when you do, you should be in a better position to answer the next all-important question: What type of books are you going to write?
And if you plan on making a living out of your writing, or at least a regular source of income, then you will need to answer another pertinent question: Are you able to write an interconnected series of books?
Having considered these questions in detail, the course then considers such concepts as perma free books, lead magnets and the willingness to give away high-value content to your readers totally FREE of charge.

Having worked as a marketing manager in London during the nineties, where he also completed his Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, David decided to leave the rat race in 2000, head east and forge a new career as an online marketer. It was during this time that he published his first book.
As a British ex-pat living in Slovakia, David has set up online businesses and written non-fiction books in a number of different niches, most notably freelance translating, ESL and all things Slovak. He also taught Business English to Slovak companies and private individuals and lectured at universities and other educational institutions, where he developed his passion for teaching.
In the last few years, from his mountain home in the heart of Europe, David has primarily focused on print on demand and self-publishing, during which time he has created over 5,000 designs and published over 1,000 books. In addition to this, David has taught online courses to over 50,000 students, mainly in the print on demand and self-publishing niches, and is currently half-way through writing his first series of YA fiction novels.
