Will is responsible for analyzing the concepts of gamification, incentivization and rewards within the learning process. He tackles the issue of learner retention, approaching the topic through the lens of scientific learning experience & learning environment analysis. Furthermore, Will works as a bridge between industry expert contributors and learning materials, involving the former in the broader learning experience, as a whole.

By volunteering in Central Asia, South America and Africa, Will experienced the need for education in emerging markets. Utilizing the knowledge acquired while studying at the University of Edinburgh and the University of Amsterdam Business and Economics, he practiced his digital education skills with a pilot initiative by building a “Let’s Do It” learning community.

With the skills obtained in the ​​Ministry of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, Will worked on multiple Web3-related projects, and also joined forces with governmental institutions to accelerate the startup ecosystem.

When Will is not waving the flag of crypto and Web3 education, he is guiding people in learning the English language, in emerging markets.
