What you will do
- Searching for potential candidates on job boards, social media, and through networking.
- Reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess qualifications.
- Scheduling and organizing interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Building and maintaining candidate relationships, keeping them informed and engaged.
- Staying informed about industry trends and competitor insights to help our hiring strategy.
- Ensuring candidates have a positive experience by providing feedback and clear communication.
- Keeping candidate records up to date and generating recruitment reports using our system.
- Looking for ways to improve the recruitment process, hire better candidates, and stay open to changes in recruitment methods and technology.
What we expect from you
- At least 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition HR field.
- Ability to conduct structured interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate their fit for the organization.
- Skill in building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs, industry trends, and technology tools.
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive candidate and company information with confidentiality.
