What you will do
Searching for potential candidates on job boards, social media, and through networking.
Reviewing resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess qualifications.
Scheduling and organizing interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Building and maintaining candidate relationships, keeping them informed and engaged.
Staying informed about industry trends and competitor insights to help our hiring strategy.
Ensuring candidates have a positive experience by providing feedback and clear communication.
Keeping candidate records up to date and generating recruitment reports using our system.
Looking for ways to improve the recruitment process, hire better candidates, and stay open to changes in recruitment methods and technology.
What we expect from you
At least 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition HR field.
Ability to conduct structured interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate their fit for the organization.
Skill in building and maintaining positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs, industry trends, and technology tools.
Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive candidate and company information with confidentiality.
