Protocol Engineer for Web3 Project

We're building a data management protocol in the Web3 sphere and searching for a Protocol Engineer who will be the linchpin in developing this pioneering protocol, ensuring its robustness, security, and effectiveness in handling sensitive data and economic transactions.

What you will do

• Developing, deploying, and maintaining the Web3 protocol.
• Engineering secure, scalable smart contracts to manage data transactions and token incentives.
• Designing and implementing a control panel for user-driven data permission management.
• Leading the integration of AI filtering mechanisms within the protocol, enhancing data accuracy and usability.
• Contributing to the protocol's data framework, ensuring user privacy while enabling data portability and utility.
• Overseeing the development process to prevent vulnerabilities and ensure the protocol's integrity, given the sensitivity and value of the data involved.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive experience with blockchain development and a deep understanding of cryptography.
• Proficiency in smart contract programming languages such as Solidity or Rust.
• Skilled in Web3 API libraries like Web3.js or Ether.js.
• Demonstrated experience with decentralized storage and data management solutions.
• Ability to handle full-stack development tasks and an understanding of AI principles, as our developers tackle a wide range of technical challenges.
• A track record of writing secure, high-quality code and delivering complex projects successfully.
