This project was developed to create a full shopify site, and I was tasked with finding information on, the integration process of Instagram and Facebook, and the fundamentals of Facebook Business. My time was divided researching integrations for social media, site development, theme design and build, during this project I had the opportunity to interact directly with rudimentary coding. Tools and applications basic images, and Content management, testing and summarising customer service and helpdesk plugins and the final installation and integration of Orderify, Support Tickets Plus and Returns Magic.

Whilst at a training company I was tasked with the construction and delivery of both the Windows Vista and MS PowerPoint training course, the PowerPoint presentation course was built as an in-house training course; the VISTA training course was designed and delivered on a one to one basis, to enable the student to pass the course reference MOC 5105 • MOC - 5105: Deploying Microsoft Windows Vista Business Desktops. Technical Achievements • Creating documents for user education that covered Internet Addressing, Binary, OSI, TCP/IP • Educated both working on a one-to-one basis as well as groups • Created training plans to help identify students’ strengths and weaknesses • Constructed the MOC5105 training course and delivered on a one to one basis • Constructed the MS PowerPoint course and presented the course to a group of corporate executives. • Both the (MOC5105, and the MS PowerPoint) courses were constructed at home, in my own free time when not working as a trainer
